Japanese Potato Mochi (Rice Cake)

Ingredients

  1. 1potato (150g ~ 200g)
  2. 3 tablespoonglutinous rice flour
  3. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  5. Nori seaweed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel potato skin and grate potato.

  2. 2

    Add glutinous rice flour, soy sauce and sugar.

  3. 3

    Grease a frying pan with oil and bake the mochi batter into small round shapes.

  4. 4

    Dip nori seaweed in soy sauce and attach it to the potato mochi.

  5. 5
