  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  10. 2 tspoil
  11. 1/2 tspCumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

    Then add chopped onion and green chilies to it. Add chopped tomatoes and matar and saute them till they become soft.

    Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, and coriander powder to it.

    Add the potatoes and stir. Add water and let the potato curry cook for three whistles then on a low flame for 4-5 minutes.

    Garnish with some coriander leaves. serve this sabji with pooris or roti.
