Cooking Instructions

Put the oil into a Dutch oven pan, or a heavy sauce pan

Over low heat add onion, oregano, red pepper flakes
cook for a few minutes

Stir in a 1/4 cup water and the garlic
- 4
Add 2 tsp sugar, stir for a minute
- 5
Add the can of crushed tomatoes and 1 cup of the passata sauce
- 6
Simmer for 20 minutes
