Ingredients

  1. For chicken filling:
  2. 2Chicken breast
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspTikka masala
  5. 1 tbspyogurt
  6. 1 tbsppizza sauce
  7. 1 tbspgarlic sauce
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  10. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/2 tspcrushed cumin
  13. 2 tbspcoriander
  14. For veggies mixture:
  15. 1tomato
  16. 1capsicum
  17. 1/2 cupIceburg / cabbage
  18. 1/8 cupmayo
  19. 1 tspChaat masala
  20. Bread slices as required
  21. Cheese as required

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken in tiny cubes..

    Marinate with salt, cumin, Tikka, garlic sauce, pizza sauce and yogurt, coriander, chilli flakes and black pepper

    In a pan heat oil and cook chicken for 4,5 min.. set a side..

    In a bowl cut all veggies in tiny cubes.. add mayo and Chaat masala.. mix well

    Take one slice of bread..

  6. 6

    Spread butter add chicken mixture and some cheese..

  7. 7

    Cover with second slice..

  8. 8

    Now add veggies filling..

  9. 9

    Cover with third slice..

  10. 10

    Now grill it with less oil.. (just brush over gril pan)

    Note: you can add coal smoke to chicken mixture too..

    If you don't want to use 3 slices of bread.. you can put veggies filling over chicken filling too..
