  • Dijon mustard
  • Chicken stock
  • Shallot

Steps

  1. 1

    Add olive oil and shallot to pan you cooked chicken in
    Cook 3-4 minutes
    Reduce to low whisk in stock, mustard, Jam and 1/2 cup water until combined. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste
