Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsChena / Paneer
  2. 6bread slices
  3. 1/2 cupsweet Corn kernels
  4. 3 tbspfinely chopped Coriander
  5. 1 tspOregeno
  6. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper powder
  7. 3-4 tbspMayonnaise
  8. 1/2 tspSalt
  9. Chilli flakes (optional)
  10. Butter for toasting

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble ingredients, lightly toast any one side of the each bread slices and keep aside.

    In a mixing bowl add all the mentioned ingredients and mix well.

    Lastly add Mayonnaise and mix gently.

    Take bread slices, spread an even layer of the prepared mixture on the toasted side, cover it with another bread slice keeping toasted side inside and give a gentle press.

    Take a tawa / frying pan on low flame, grease with butter and put the prepared sandwich and toast for around 2 minute by pressing gently.
    Apply butter on the upper surface of bread slice.

    Flip and toast the other side till golden brown and crisp.

    Toast is done, cut diagonally and serve hot hot.

    Pair with Coffee.
