Cheese Corn Sandwich

White sauce:- Heat butter and oil and add madia and roast till nice armoa comes out.

Now add milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.

When milk thicks add herbs and salt. Switch off the flame.

Add grated cheddar cheese and mix well. White sauce is ready and keep aside

Stuffing:- Heat butter and add boiled corn and saute for second.

Then add palak, oregano, black pepper garlic powder and salt. Mix well.

Add chopped basil leaves, chilli flakes and paneer. Cook till all mositure has gone.

Add white sauce and mix well. Stuffing is ready

Take a bread slice and apply butter and put stuffing on two bread slice.

Cover with other bread slice. Grease the preheated toaster griller with butter. Place Sandwitch for grilling in the toaster with little butter on top of bread slice.

Served grilled Sandwitch with any drink or a tea or coffee.
