Blend tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chiles in adobo, garlic, bouillon, and allspice until smooth.

Pour mixture into a pot, add vegetable broth and bay leaves, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove bay leaves.

Tips
Feel free to adjust the spice level by using more or less chiles in adobo.
