牛油果其實和牛油兩字沒有直接關係,不要再誤解它, 讓我們來看看它的營養價值。半個牛油果大約有680kJ, 而半個中型蘋果大約有120kJ, ,雖然熱量比較高, 但牛油果超過2/3是不飽和脂肪, 屬於好脂肪. 不飽和脂肪能夠保持心臟健康和有助於改善體內的新陳代謝, 因為牛油果能降低 LDL膽固醇 「壞膽固醇」,但同時增加HDL膽固醇 「好膽固醇」。牛油果還有豐富的的鉀質和纖維(4g/100g), 維他命C,E, K,硫胺素和抗氧化劑. 牛油果的綠色和黃色來自天然抗氧化色素葉綠素和類胡蘿蔔素 ,對保持眼睛健康起著重要的作用。豆漿也能夠為我們提供鈣質和蛋白質, 但與牛奶相比,豆漿含有較少的鈣質,建議大家選取加鈣豆漿。喜歡的請給我訂閱,留言或者轉發吧:) Who loves Avocado?
