Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place Butter and Milk in a large mug, microwave for 30 seconds OR until Butter melts. Add Sugar and Self-Raising Flour, and mix well until smooth. *Note: I used 380ml mug and the sauce overflowed a little.
- 2
In a heat-proof measuring jug, combine the Sauce ingredients, and gently pour it over the batter using a spoon so that the mixture won’t hit the batter directly.
- 3
Place the mug on a plate as the sauce bubbles up and might overflow, and microwave for 1 to 1 & 1/2 minutes OR until cooked. I cooked for 1 minute and 10 seconds in 1000W microwave. *Note: When the sauce is bubbling up, check the pudding if it is cooked. If not, cook extra time.

Enjoy hot with Thickened Cream. I added whipped Thickened Cream.

Creamy Smooth Easy Caramel Pudding Made in a Frying Pan Creamy Smooth Easy Caramel Pudding Made in a Frying Pan
I love caramel custard pudding. You can make these easier than the oven-baked custard recipe I posted before since you don't have to preheat the oven. I love both, but the hubby likes this smooth pudding better...There are no difficult steps! These puddings have plenty of caramel syrup, so the pudding itself is not that sweet. If you add more sugar, reduce the amount of caramel syrup. I made the puddings this time with soy milk. The puddings continue cooking in residual heat, so take them out of the pan when the time is up. For 4-6 servings. Recipe by Mayumu cookpad.japan -
Australian-Style Date Pudding Australian-Style Date Pudding
This is a common Australian recipe. I'd eaten this in cafes and wanted to try making it myself. So I looked up the recipe and gave it a shot. This pudding refers to a baked cake with dry fruits mixed in. It's pretty high in calories.Self-rising flour is flour with baking powder already mixed in, often found in the west. If you can't get any, you can substitute by mixing in baking powder, etc into regular flour. Recipe by teebon cookpad.japan -

The texture and the taste of “Putchin Pudding” cannot be copied with a custard pudding recipe that is baked in the oven! So I studied the ingredients of “Putchin Pudding” on their website, then I came up with a recipe using Agar. After trying many tries, I finally settled on this.Make sure to cook the pudding mixture on low heat! When a film forms on the spatula or the side of the pan, remove from the heat before it is over done! *If you heat it over high heat, or overheat by boiling the mixture, it will separate! Super Easy Kabocha Squash Pudding Cake Super Easy Kabocha Squash Pudding Cake
I finally bought a mixer. So, I put together this recipe to make a super easy kabocha pudding cake!Pour the caramel sauce while it's still hot! If it's cooled and hardened, it won't sink to the bottom. So, warm it up again so that's liquid before pouring into the mixture These days I also use a blender - put everything into a bowl and blend. Bread Pudding Bread Pudding
I had some French bread in the freezer for bread pudding, but I didn’t know when I was going to make it. I saw “Chef John” make something that resembled a bread pudding using a syrup. I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate a syrup into this bread pudding. Karl -
Super Melty Soy Milk Pudding Super Melty Soy Milk Pudding
I wanted to make steamed pudding that wasn't made with gelatin and used soy milk. You don't have to put caramel sauce under the pudding, which makes an even easier recipe. For those of you that don't have brown sugar syrup, you can substitute honey+Kinako soy flour or Adzuki beans+green tea, maple syrup, grated ginger+honey etc. Enjoy it in different ways. You should strain the pudding. As a lazy person, I use a miso dissolving net to strain it directly into the containers. If you over-whip the egg, then use a lighter to burn bubbles on the surface, then steam the pudding, it'll become smooth and blemish-free. Covering with plastic wrap prevents condensation from falling into it. As for covering the pot with a tea towel, I didn't do it before, but it was too noisy when it began to boil. For those who love pumpkin pudding. And if you don't have an oven;it's a pudding made using a steamer, which is moist, soft and like a cake ( m.My partner said that "It tastes expensive.... "I think he was trying to say a compliment.Important: Cool it down slightly and chill in the refrigerator. Make sure to let it sit for one day.The taste would be become totally different after you let it rest.I did not add vanilla essence because I wanted the pudding to be a taste for adults and not too sweet. But I think you should add it if you're making this pudding for kids.
