Ingredients: 1 cup Wheat flour; 1/2 cup All purpose flour; 1/2 cup Milk powder; 1/3 cup Horlicks chocolate flavour; 5 tbsp Milkmade; as needed Milk; 1/2 cup Sugar powder; 1 tsp Baking powder; 1/2 tsp Baking soda; drops Vanilla essence few; Butter (unsalted)1/2cup

Specially for kids a healthy cake in festive season

1 cupWheat flour
1/2 cupAll purpose flour
1/2 cupMilk powder
1/3 cupHorlicks chocolate flavour
5 tbspMilkmade
as neededMilk
1/2 cupSugar powder
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
dropsVanilla essence few
Butter (unsalted)1/2cup

Cooking Instructions

Seive wheat flour all purpose flour baking soda and baking powder 2-3times keep aside

Take Butter and sugar in a vessel beat it creamy and smooth texture

Add milkmade,horlicks andix again

Now start adding seived flour mixture to it and mix well

Meanwhile add milk when required and make batter

Pour batter in a greased mould and bake it for 20-25 minuts

After baking let it cool properly then demould and spred some milkmade over it garnish and serve
