  1. 100 gramof baking flour
  2. 6 gramof instant yeast
  3. 2 gramof baking powder
  4. 60 gramof sugar
  5. 205 gramof cold water
  6. 65 gramof milk, 3 eggs
  7. 55 gramof butter
  8. 5 gramof salt

Cara Membuat

    Mix B ingredients with A ingredients in a large bowl. Stir the mixture thoroughly with hand, until the mixture is well blended.
    Put the C ingredients into the mixture of A & B, and mix until well blended.
    Put some flour into a table.
    Remove the dough from the bowl and put the dough onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

    Divide the dough into 40-50 gram portions [I made 15] and then arrange them on a baking sheet and rest it for 1o minutes. Cover them with a cloth.

    After 10 minutes, gently press the dough into a flat shape. Round the dough and then press the rounded dough into flat shape once again. Use a round cutter to make a small hole in the middle of each of the dough.

    Rest them for 30 minutes.

    Fry the dough/doughnuts in a deep saucepan filled with hot oil and in a medium heat. Fry until the doughnut show golden brown colour.

    Drain the doughnuts on paper towel and set it aside to cool them.

    Serve and Enjoy.
