Ingredients

  1. 25dkg flour
  2. 2,5 tspbaking powder
  3. 12dkg sugar
  4. 1,5 dlmilk
  5. 12 dloil
  6. 1egg
  7. 3 tspnescafe

  9. for the cream on top of one cupcake:
  10. 5 tbsbutter
  11. 2 tbssugar
  12. 2 tspnescafe
  13. **************
  14. home made choco decor + colorful hearts decoration

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the muffin batter ingredients and put them in muffin papers and muffin pan and bake it in the oven approx 15-20 degrees on 170 degrees celsius

  2. 2

    Now turn the muffin into a cupcake by making the cream on top: mix the cream ingredients and using the decorating tool decorate the muffin.

  3. 3

    Use home made choco deco (my other recipe) and sugar hearts.

When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new,cooking is my art.
