Ingredients

  1. 14 oz2 bags of sweetened flaked coconut
  2. 14 oz1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  3. 2 tbspSour cream
  4. 1 tbspHeavy cream
  5. 1 1/2 tspVanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

    In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together, until thoroughly combined. Press mix into a spoon or an ice cream scoop and release onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving and enjoy!
