Pre heat oven 350°f

Beat butter and sugar till resemble wet sand

Beat in egg high spead for ten min till super fluffy (its ok if it looks liquidy)

Sift all dry ingredience (cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pinch of salt)

When butter mixture is done add in shredded coconut and beat high speed for 3 min

This next step is extreamly important! Take coconut milk, butter milk and dry ingredence and put in 1/8 of each alternating till all ingredence are all well incorporate. Mix at really low speed!

Mixture should still be nice and fluffy

Take mixture and put inside well oiled or sprayed cake rings or mold. Bake for 15-20 min

Stick skewer in to see if it comes out clean cake is finished
