  1. 1 kgbeef mince
  2. 1 tbspminced garlic
  3. 2 largeonion
  4. 1 largegrated carrot
  5. 4 tbspitalian mixed herbs
  6. 2 largecanned whole tomatoes
  7. 1 largebag of grated tasty cheese
  8. 1 boxinstant lasagna pasta
  9. 1 tbspcorn flour or plain flour
  10. 2 tbspbutter
  11. 1 cupparmesan cheese

    Preheat oven at 200°

    brown mince drain fat from mince when cooked and put mince aside.

    in same fry-pan used to cook mince, brown all chopped onion, carrot ,and add minced garlic.

    return the cooked mince to the stove with the browned onion, carrot and garlic and heat thru on med heat.

    add canned tomatoes and herbs to heated mince. mix thru then simmer on low until the tomato juice reduces.

    set mince aside to cool to room temp.

    in a large pot boil a large amount of water with a tsp of salt an slightly cook 2 pasta sheets at a time and lay 2 sheets at a time in the base of a lasagna tin, and for each layer there after

    in a separate medium sized pot add butter,flour together to make a rue. then add milk

    when rue is finished, and milk is added add 2 cups of grated tasty cheese and Parmesan cheese,stir on low heat until it thickens to a thick gravy consistency.

    layer your 3 separate ingredients in pasta mince cheese sauce, then again for one more layer, then pasta on top covered in cheese sauce and any left over cheeses sprinkled over top

    place lasagna in oven for 1 and 1\2 hours

    brown cheese on the top under grill to slightly add a more cheesy taste.

I gave 3 stars mainly for two reasons.
First of all, you mustn't add GARLIC. Believe me, I'm Italian, and we don't use it so much :O
Then, you need Grana Padano! And Besciamella cheese.
I also give you and advice: to cook che mince, add a glass of red wine!
