Ingredients

32 servings
  1. 1 lbbacon
  2. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1 cupshredded mozzarella
  4. 1/2 cupphiladelphia savory garlic cooking creme
  5. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 1 packagespuff pastry dough( should hav 2 sheets)
  8. 1egg
  9. 1 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

take puff pastry out of freezer to thaw out; preheat oven to 400*F; Place Bacon on baking sheet, bake in oven till Bacon is crisp, turn every 5 mins, when Bacon is done put onto a paper towel to drain

  2. 2

Mix together Philadelphia cooking creme, onion powder, and parmesan cheese, set aside; in a small bowl mix egg and water, set aside

  3. 3

On lightly floured surface unfold puff pastry, try to make a nice rectangle( but this is not a must), With egg mixture that u set aside lightly brush surface of the puff pastry

  4. 4

Now spread with the cooking creme and parmesan cheese mixture using only half, saving other half for the other sheet of puff pastry

  5. 5

Divide Bacon in half, using half crumble over puff pastry, then spread 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on the puff pasrty

  6. 6

Start at one end(u r rolling it up so it rolls the shortest distance) and roll up like u would a cinnamon roll, into one long roll, slice into 16 slices(I cut in half, then half again, etc.)

  7. 7

Place on baking sheet( I like to use parchment paper), brush tops lightly with egg mixture and bake for 10-13mins or until golden brown

  8. 8

Now repeat steps for second sheet of puff pastry

We do a lot of fundraising for the veterans homes in our area and other programs while we ride our bikes, thats part of what our group is all about, I have a couple auto immune diseases that can slow me down quite a bit, I have Lupus and Sclerderma to name some of what I suffer, but I keep going and will not stop I know I just have to, I have been married for 37 wonderful years to a great man, have 2 great boys and adore all my grandkids
