  2. 4 cupflour
  3. 3/4 canitalian bread crumbs
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1grated parmesean cheese
  6. 1vegetable oil
  7. 3large, flat bowls
  8. 8 smallthin cut pork chops

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    put flour in larger, flat bowl.

  2. 2

    mix eggs with 1/4 cup of water and beat

  3. 3

    mix parmesian cheese with bread crumbs in last bowl

  4. 4

    coat pork chops in flour evenly coating the pork.

  5. 5

    dip pork chops in eggs next.

  6. 6

    coat pork chops in italian bread crumbs mix and place on plate.

  7. 7

    let pork chops sit for at least ten minutes.

  8. 8

    heat frying pan on medium heat with enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

  9. 9

    fry the pork chops until they reach a golden brown.
