Oreo stuffed chocolate cookie

Preheat oven to 350°F

Cream butter and sugars.

beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients and beat slowly into wet.

Take about 1/4 cup of dough, cut it in half, and roll into balls.

Arrange half of the dough balls on a baking sheet.

Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass. Press an Oreo into each flattened dough round. Top with another ball of dough and then flatten and pinch to seal the Oreo in cookie dough.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
