Corn Casserole

Name: Corn Casserole
Cuisine: American
Ingredients: 1 can Whole kernel corn, drained; 1 can Cream style corn, undrained; 2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix; 1 stick Butter, melted; 2 Eggs, beaten; 6 oz Sour cream; 1 Salt & White Pepper, to taste; 1 oz Milk, if mixture seems too dry (but does not need to be over wet)

1 canWhole kernel corn, drained
1 canCream style corn, undrained
2 boxJiffy corn muffin mix
1 stickButter, melted
2Eggs, beaten
6 ozSour cream
1Salt & White Pepper, to taste
1 ozMilk, if mixture seems too dry (but does not need to be over wet)

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Spray a 9x9 glass dish with Pam & pour in corn mixture.

Bake in a 325°F oven for 40 minutes.

You man need to tent with foil 1/2 - 3/4 way through baking to prevent the top from getting too dark.

Let rest for 5 min before serving.
