Ingredients

  1. 1 canWhole kernel corn, drained
  2. 1 canCream style corn, undrained
  3. 2 boxJiffy corn muffin mix
  4. 1 stickButter, melted
  5. 2Eggs, beaten
  6. 6 ozSour cream
  7. 1Salt & White Pepper, to taste
  8. 1 ozMilk, if mixture seems too dry (but does not need to be over wet)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

    Spray a 9x9 glass dish with Pam & pour in corn mixture.

  3. 3

    Bake in a 325°F oven for 40 minutes.

  4. 4

    You man need to tent with foil 1/2 - 3/4 way through baking to prevent the top from getting too dark.

  5. 5

    Let rest for 5 min before serving.
