Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a large stock pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon sticks.
- 2
While heating up, slowly adjust sugar and cinnamon to your liking. You can add 1/4 cup of brown sugar also.
- 3
Bring to a boil, then take it off the heat and allow to cool.
- 4
Add the liquor.
- 5
Pour this into mason jars, put the lids on, and let it mellow out. You could drink it right away, but it does get better after a couple of weeks. (you can divide the cinnamon sticks and put in the jars.

For more alcohol taste, increase Everclear how you want. Regular recipe is like sipping wine. Using 1 1/2 fifths is getting serious. 2 fifths require a warning label from the surgeon General-lol

Crispy Apple Pie Fritters Crispy Apple Pie Fritters
When I was making gyoza the other day, I had leftover bag of gyoza skins. I always fill them with cheese and stick them in bento, but I had a bunch, so I thought wrapping them in an apple compote would resemble apple pies served at fast food joints.I noted for 1 teaspoon of butter for fragrance, but this is optional. I've also cut down on the sugar, so feel free to add more if you prefer. You could wrap pieces of chocolate bar and fry them up as well. Recipe by Pkomama cookpad.japan
