Ingredients

  1. 2 dozenegg roll wanton wraps
  2. 1 lbground pork
  3. 1 bunchcilantro
  4. 2 cupshreded carrots
  5. 1 packagesrice noodles
  6. 2 pinchsalt and pepper
  7. 1 packagesbean sprouts
  8. 3 1/4 ozoyster sauce
  9. 1 litermay ploy sweet chilli sauce

Cooking Instructions

    preheat 1/4 of a 10 quart pot or a deep dryer to 350°F

  2. 2

    combine all ingrediants in large bowl, leaving out only the wanton wraps

  3. 3

    portion out 2 tablespoon sized balls

  4. 4

    follow rolling directions on back of wanton package

  5. 5

    cook eggrolls 2 or 3 at a time.

  6. 6

    cook until golden brown and inside temp of 165

  7. 7

    enjoy the best eggrolls ever

  8. 8

    let cool for 10 min or 5 in your fridge
