Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcabbage (red and green)
  2. 1 1/2 cupshredded carrot
  3. 1 cupprotein (your choice) i use chicken or pork
  4. 1 eachegg
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1/2 cupwater. may need a little more or less.

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine flour and salt. Make hole in middle then add egg.

  2. 2

    Mix well then slowly add water to make dough.

  3. 3

    Cover and let sit for 20 min.

  4. 4

    Make small balls with dough and roll out very thin.

  5. 5

    Add shredded cabbage, carrots and protein in middle and roll.

  6. 6

    Deep fry for a couple minutes till golden brown.
