Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 tspinstant yeast
  2. 1/4 cupwarm water
  3. 1 cupMilk
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. 3 tbspbutter
  6. 1 eachegg
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 3 1/2 cupflour

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk. Let sit to room temp. Or use a milk frother.

    In mixing bowl add: yeast, water, milk, sugar, 2 tsp melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix until combined.

    Gradually add the flour. Kneed until dough is smooth.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a oiled bowl. Cover. Let sit for 45 minutes.

    Place dough onto floured surface. Roll into 1 inch thick rectangle. Cut into 2 inch squares. Roll slightly.

    Transfer to oiled baking sheet. Let rise for 45 minutes. (Covered with towel)

  7. 7

    Brush on remaining butter (melted).

  8. 8

    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
