Steps

In a medium sized skillet, toast pecans. Remove when they are lightly browned, to avoid over cooking them. Set them aside.

Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. With a hand mixer, or a whisk, make 2 stiff heaps of cream. This will not take long. *best results if whisk/beaters & bowl are kept frozen until preparation.

Pour condensed milk, pecans, maple extract, and melted butter into a large bowl. Mix ingredients together well.

Fold the cream into the mixture. Until blended together.

Freeze for 6+ hours.
