Ingredients

  • 2 packagesegg roll wrappers
  • 2 lbground beef
  • 1 1/2 packagescoleslaw mix
  • 1/2 packagesbean sprouts
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1egg
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 bunchgreen onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef season to taste

  2. 2

    Saute onions w/ meat

  3. 3

    Drain add coleslaw and bean sprouts soy sauce

  4. 4

    When coleslaw is cooked down remove from heat let cool

  5. 5

    Make an egg wash and spread egg wash around corners of wrappers

  6. 6

    Place meat mixture in the middle and roll

  7. 7

    Fry until golden brown
