Beer Brined Sriracha Chicken Skewers

Beer Brined Chicken Skewers Are A Tailgate Crowd Pleaser!!! Super Bowl Time!!! :excited
Cooking Instructions

Wash and cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Then dry w paper towels.

Put chicken cubes in bowl. Add 1 beer w sugar & salt. Put in fridge to brine for at least 30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl add Sriracha, paprika, cinnamon, onion, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, worcestershire, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Mix all ingredients together til a thick paste.

Remove chicken from fridge and drain.

Add drained chicken back to bowl. Add paste mix to chicken and mix w spatula. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Pre heat grill to medium-high.

Skewer chicken and place on parchment paper. (if using wooden skewers soak them in water for 30 minutes so they don't burn on grill)

Place chicken kabobs on grill for 15-20 minutes.

Stole this one from someone else but I’m sure they won’t mind if I share the goodness! This can be done on the grill as well but I haven’t tried that yet, as our grill is not tall enough. This is hands down the juiciest chicken you will ever taste. You can omit the butter if you want, I just use it to crisp the skin up real nice.Forgot to mention if you have leftovers, you can pull the meat off and use it for many other recipes later on!
