Ingredients

  1. 4-3-2-1 Rub
  2. 4 tbspKosher Salt
  3. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  4. 2 tbspsweet Paprika
  5. 1 tbspcayenne pepper
  6. 4 lbchicken
  7. 1/2 canbeer

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all dry ingredients to form the rub.

    Wash your chicken & cavity. Pat dry.

  3. 3

    Rub that bird.

  4. 4

    Place half full beer can in the cavity. Cook on medium-high indirect heat. Cook until internal temp reads 165. Let the chicken rest 10 mins before serving.
