Cooking Instructions

In large bowl. Dissolve yeast & warm water together. Add warm milk. Add sugar- eggs- butter- salt mix tigether. Add 2 and half cups flour. Mix together. Add enough flour to make soft dough ball.

Turn onto floured surface. Knead 6-8 min. Put into a greased bowl. Let rise about 1 and Half hours, or until doubled in size.

Punch down dough. Divide in half. Roll out to 18" x 8" retangle. Combine cinnamon and half cup sugar. Sptinkle over dough.( I sprinkled a finely chopped nuts over mine )

Roll up and shape into loafs. Put into sprayed 9" x5" bread pan.( I sprinkled a little cinn. And sugar on top )

Bake 350° . For about 25 to 35 min. Makes 2 loafs. Remove from pan allow to cool.

in never seemed to turn out the way i used to see my grandmas turn out but now i know you forgot a step in the recipe it should say afterput in pan cover with dish towel for 1.5 hrs so it can rise up to top of pan and then bake!!! i am so happy i figured it out i was frustrated
