In the heating pan add butter and chanterelle fry till get soft add onion powder and garlic powder then salt and pepper stir until everything mixed cover with lid for 8 minutes.

Add seasoning soy sauce then turn off heat.

Put lettuce on each bread and cheese, top with cooked chanterelle .cut in half when served.
