I was 20th this year, but I very rarely to touch kitchen . But , for some reason lately I became interested to cooking . It's the first time I cooked Kungpao Chicken, and my mom said it taste good. I guess I was pretty talented .

Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. 300 gramschicken breasts, diced
  3. 1 clovegarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tsppepper
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. Sauce
  7. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  8. 1 clovegarlic, chopped
  9. 20 gramsonion, chopped
  10. 3 tbspoyster sauce
  11. 1 tbspchili sauce
  12. 1 tbspsalty soy sauce
  13. 4dried chili, chopped
  14. 1/2 tsppepper
  15. 100 mlwater
  16. topping
  17. 75 gramspeanut

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with garlic , pepper , and salt . Let stand 30 minutes .

    Fried chicken until half-dry, drain.

  3. 3

    Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, dried chili, and pepper. Stir well

    Add water and boiled.

    Add chicken, stir until cooked.

    Remove and sprinkle with nuts . Serve .
