Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupPeanut butter
  2. 1/3 cupButter
  3. 2/3 cupWhite sugar
  4. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1/2 tspVanilla extract
  7. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  8. 1 tspBaking powder
  9. 1/4 tspSalt
  10. 1 tspCinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°

    In a medium bowl, cream together peanut butter and margarine. Gradually blend in the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix until fluffy.

    Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture until well blended.

    Pour batter into greased baking pan. Or line with foil and spray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the top springs back when touched. Cool, and cut into squares.

I prefer to use super chunky peanut butter. And top with the mini chocolate chips. Awesome brownies.
