Ingredients

36 servings
  1. 1 cupbutter or 2 sticks of butter
  2. 2 cupsugar
  3. 4large eggs
  4. 2 tbspmilk
  5. 4 cupall-purposr flour
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 4 tspbaking powder
  8. 1 1/2 tspvanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Cream butter and sugar, in standup mixer on low, til creamed.add each egg one by one til creamed all together.add milk and vanilla, mix a few seconds. stop.

    Shift flour, salt and baking powder together in to mixer, trun on low mix for a 10 seconds, now put on medium speed for 20 seconds.

    Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap, put the dough in refrigerator 30 minutes.

    On a lightly greased cookie sheet,scoop out dough with a small ice cream scoop.like a lg melon scoop about 1 tablespoon round. i uaed a medium size one they were big. when u have the dough all scooped out, use a fork to press dough down. they will spread and rise so yes press them down a little

    Oven needs to be preheated at 400 °F degress and bake on 400 °F. bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Pull out the oven and.let them cool. yumm good

    (there is red sugar sprinkles on top, its optional, not included in recipe)
