Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  2. 1 cupchopped onions
  3. 1 cupchopped celery
  4. 1 cupchopped carrots
  5. 1 lbchicken breast (chopped in 1 inch pieces)
  6. 1 tbspminced garlic
  7. 1 tspthyme leaves
  8. 6 cupchicken broth
  9. 3 cupwide egg noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Once chicken is chopped in pieces season to your liking( example: salt, black pepper or poultry seasoning)

    In a large pot or dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add carrots, celery, garlic and onions. Cook until onions are translucent

    Add chicken and thyme, cook for 2 1/2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil

  5. 5

    Add noodles and reduce heat. Let simmer for 12 minutes or until noodles and chicken are done.
