Ingredients

  1. 500 gmall purpose flour
  2. oil one fourth of all purpose flour
  3. to tastesalt
  4. as neededwater
  5. for stuffing
  6. 1 big bowlmashed potato
  7. 3medium size chopped onion
  8. 2 tbspgram flour
  9. 2bay leaves
  10. 2-3laung
  11. to tastesalt as per taste
  12. red chili as per taste
  13. 1 tbspginger garlic crushed
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. 1 tspldi
  16. 2 tspcoriander powder
  17. 1 tspamchoor powder
  18. oil for cooking and fry

Cooking Instructions

    Knead dough....with all purpose flour...oil..salt and water....make a stiff dough....keep aside

    Now make stuffing...take a pan...add bay leaves...add cloves...now ginger garlic... onion...all powder spices...cook till oil seprate

    Add potato....cook for 5 min...add amchoor and garam.masala...off the flame...cool it

    Now take a small ball size from dough...roll it from edges....like poorie...

    Stuff masala....seal it...lightly press with rolling pin...keep aside in a lightly.wet cooton cloth

    Heat oil....on low flame...place kachori....when lachori float on oil....flame should be now on medium heat....fry till golden crisp....

  7. 7

    Do not fry on high flame..other it will not cooked properly...not will be crisp till long
