Steps

First cut the tomato and onion in small pieces.put it inside.

Now grease thr baingan with oil snd rosted it on the gas on high flame five minutes.

Now other ten minutes rosted it on medium flame all sides.

Now cool down it on room temp.

Now peel offf them and mashed with hands.

Now take a pan and add ghee.add tomato and onion pieces and saute five minutes on medium flame and stir as well.

Now add baingan mashed and stir as well.

Now add all masala and saute as well for ten minutes.

Now cook it for ten minutes on slow flame.

Now check it when ghee chode de then your bartha is ready.

Now garnish it with green chilli and peas.

Serve with bajra roti or patatha.
