#anniverasary Blackforest Cake is a German Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Sponge filled with whipped cream and flavoured with Cherry syrup or Rum essence and frosted with whipped cream and Garnished with chocolate Shavings and cherries on top.
Cooking Instructions

Make ready Chocolate Sponge Cake.Add caramel colour and Rum essence in the batter for flavouring.Check the consistency. Pour the batter into a greased and dusted cake tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degree for 30 minutes.

Turn out on board and cool the cake.

Unmould the cake.

Slit the cake horizontally into two parts and sprinkle sugar syrup. Cool the sugar syrup before using.

Place 1/2 of the cream well on the lower part and add chopped cherries or strawberries

Spread the cream and fruits evenly.

Place the top part and apply remaining fresh cream.

Decorate the cake with Cherries and grated chocolate and pipe a border using cream.
