Ingredients

40-50 min
1 bowl
  1. 25-30 piecesRed mirchi
  2. 15-20 clovesGarlic
  3. 1-2 inchGinger
  4. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  5. 1/2 tspnSugar (optinal)
  6. 1 Onion small
  7. 1/2 tspAjinomoto or Chinese salt
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbspTomato sauce
  10. 5-6 tbspOil
  11. 1Tomato small
  12. 2-3 tbspVinegar (optional)

Cooking Instructions

40-50 min

    First soaked the red mirch in water for 30 mins

  2. 2

    Boil tomato,onion,garlic,ginger in a pan for 4-5 min

  3. 3

    After 30 min we start making shezwan sauce take the mixer grinder glass add soaked red mirch, boil tomatoes peel the skin of tomato,garlic,ginger,onion make the smooth paste

    Then heat the oil in a pan add paste, then add tomato sauce,soya sauce,salt as per required, vinegar (optional) in it, add ajinomato,tomato sauce

    And saute paste until the oil floats in the pan from shezwan sauce.

    Shezwan sauce required more oil for preservatives and you can add vinegar 2-3 tbsp in a shezwan sauce for preservatives (optional) add 1/2 tspn sugar on paste on saute time (optional)
