Ingredients

  1. 150 gsugar
  2. 180 gfloor
  3. 6eggs
  4. 1 tspVanilla
  5. 20 gcocoa
  6. Sugar syrup
  7. Strawberries
  8. Whipping cream
  9. barChocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 180 degrees c

    Prepare your baking tin by smearing it with butter and sprinkle flour

  3. 3

    Measure your ingredients and set aside.Sieve the flour and cocoa to incorporate air

  4. 4

    Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites

  5. 5

    Using a mixer beat the egg whites until soft peak form

  6. 6

    Sprinkle sugar on top of the egg whites being very careful not to collapse them.add the yolks and vanilla and beat until a firm peak forms

    Fold in the sifted mixture of flour and cocoa gently so that the air doea nor escape

  8. 8

    Put the batter in a baking tin and bake for 40-50 minutes

  9. 9

    Once the cake has completely cooled use sugar syrup to moisten it.

  10. 10

    Fill in your cake and decorate with whipping cream and grated chocolate.garnish with strawberries
