Ingredients

  1. 12Tortillas
  2. 2Chicken Breasts
  3. 2 largeTomatoes
  4. 1 packagesMozarella Cheese
  5. 1/2 cupSour Cream
  6. 1/2Onion
  7. 1 tspBlack Pepper
  8. 1 pinchOregano

Cooking Instructions

    Boil tomatoes w/ chicken until chicken is ready. Then shred up chicken to desire... Also grate the cheese and have it ready to stuff the enchiladas (i personally grate a lot of cheese)... Pre-heat oven at 380..

    Dip the tortillas one by one in hot oil to soften them up and set aside til the tortillas aren't to hot.. Then start rolling up the enchiladas with chicken and cheese inside .. And place them side by side in a 13x9 pan ..

    Blend up the boiled tomatoes w/ black pepper, onion, oregano, 1 cup of water and sour cream together..

    Now pour the delicious sauce over the enchiladas (yew can also add the sauce inside the enchiladas as your rolling them up to make them juicy) After your done pouring the sauce add more cheese on top of them .. and let cook in oven for 20 minutes .. and ENJOY ! :))
