Ingredients

  1. chili mac
  2. 1 lbbox of elbow macaroni
  3. 1 lb93% lean ground beef
  4. 2 cupcooked dark red kidney beans
  5. 1red pepper / medium dice
  6. 1 mediumonion/ chopped
  7. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1 tbspchili powder,
  9. 1 tspsmoked spanish paprika
  10. 1/2 tbspsalt
  11. 1 1/2 tspeach of garlic powder, pepper, cumin
  12. 2 can14 ounce cans diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Add salt to water for flavor.

    In a dutch oven pot, cook beef until cooked through.

  3. 3

    Set beef aside. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to pan and saute onions and peppers with spices for 3 minutes.

    Add in tomatoes and beans cooking several more minutes.

  5. 5

    Return beef to pan, cooked pasta. Toss in cheese.

    You can try a dollup of sour cream on top.
