Ingredients

  1. 8 TablespoonCoco powder
  2. 5 TablespoonBaking powder
  3. 2 TablespoonBaking Soda
  4. 5 cupsFlour (Maida)
  5. 4 cupsCastor Sugar
  6. 2 cupsButter Milk
  7. 700 gmWhipping Cream
  8. Tinned Cheeries
  9. 4 flakesDark chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and seive all dry ingredients and mix well!! (Baking powder,Baking soda,maida,coco powder)

    Take another bowl and add buttermilk and sugar!! Dissolve it without any granuales!!

    Add buttermilk to dry ingredients and mix it very well!! Take a vessel and Grease it with butter and flour!! And pour the mixture into it!!

    Preheat the oven for 10 min at 100’C!! And then cook it for 20 min at 150’C!! After it is cooked give 10 min to settle it and demould it!!And then cut it into parts!! Pour sugar syrup on every base as per need to make it sponge!!

    After then put whipping cream on each base!! And decorate it with cheeries and chocolate flakes!!!
