Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 cupbutter
  5. 1.5 cupUnsweetend desiccated Coconut
  6. 1 pinchSalt
  7. 1 cupSugar
  8. 5 teaspoonMilk
  9. Few drops of Vanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble dry ingredients. Flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder

    Sift dry ingredients together

    In a mixing bowl,add butter and sugar

    Cream sugar and butter together. Add desiccated coconut

  5. 5

    Add flour

    Vanilla essence and milk.

    Mix until it forms a soft dough. The dough should not be sticky or runny. It should be well-binded.

    Shape as logs. Wrap cookie dough in a plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes as the dough performs best when chilled.

    Grease a baking tray

    Take chilled dough logs out of the refrigerator and cut in desired shape.

    Start arranging the cookies on the greased baking sheet

    Bake at 300 degree F for 15-20 minutes

    Crispy cookies are ready to be eaten.
