Ingredients

  1. 2boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1Grated Carrot
  3. 2 tbspCrushed Green peas
  4. 2 tbspFinely chopped Spinach
  5. 1 tbspFinely chopped Mint Leaves
  6. 2 tbspFinely chopped Fresh Coriander
  7. 1Finely chopped Onion
  8. About 3 tbsp Finely Grated Beetroot
  9. 3-4Finely chopped Green Chillies
  10. 1 tspGinger Paste
  11. 1 1/2 tbspCorn Flour
  12. 1/2 tbspSuji
  13. 2 tbspBread Crumbs
  14. 1 tspSesame Seeds
  15. 1 tspChat Masala Powder
  16. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  17. 1 tspDhaniya Powder
  18. Salt per taste
  19. 1/2 tspAamchur Powder
  20. Some toothpicks

Cooking Instructions

    Take the boiled and mashed potatoes and add the rest ingredients.

    Keep aside 1/2 tbsp Corn Flour and 1/2 tbsp Suji.

    Mix them well and make round lollipop shapes.

  4. 4

    Add to the Suji and Corn Flour 1 tbsp water,1 tsp beetroot juice and make it a batter consistency.

    Dip the lollipop balls in this Batter.

  6. 6

    Fry them on medium hot oil till crispy.

  7. 7

    You may also grease Appe Pan and bake it in them.

    Now put the balls in the toothpicks to make them Lollipops.

    Serve with Red Chilli Sauce or Mint Chutney
