Ingredients

  1. SheetFor Samosa
  2. 1big Cup of Maida
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1 tspLemon juice
  5. Water as required
  6. For Stuffing
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. 2Onions cut into Julians
  9. 1Grated Carrot
  10. 1Julian Chopped Capsicum
  11. 1/2 CupChopped Cabbage
  12. 1/4 CupBoiled Spaghetti
  13. 3 tbspGreen Gram
  14. 1 tspGinger Paste
  15. 1 tspFinely chopped Ginger
  16. 3finely chopped green chillies
  17. 1/2 tbspRed Chilli Sauce
  18. 1 tspSoya Sauce
  19. 1/2 tspVinegar
  20. 2 tbspMaida keep separate

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough for the samosa sheets and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

    Make A big ball of it and roll into a big chapati and thin.

    Roast all the sheets little

    Once they cool down cut into 4 Pieces and now your Samosa Sheets are ready.

    Now for stuffing heat the oil till medium hot then add Garlic Paste,2 onions and cook little for 2 minutes.

    Then add finely chopped ginger,Chopped Chilli,Cabbage,Carrot,Capsicum and cook on a high flame for 5 minutes by tossing.

    Now add Boiled Spaghetti and toss it.

    Add Red Chilli Sauce,Soya sauce,Vinegar and Salt per taste and mix well.

    Now your Chinese stuffing is ready.

    Now take 2 tbsp Maida and add some water and make a batter.

    Take the samosa sheets and give the samosa shape.Stick one end and add Stuffing and seal the other ends.

    Seal all samosas and keep them ready.

    Now in Medium Hot oil fry till crispy.

    Serve with Green Chilli Sauce or Red Chilli Sauce.
