Cooking Instructions

Take a 2 ltr cooker. Add one teaspoon of oil then add 4 cups of water then to this add onions tomatoes and veggies which are optional, green chilli, close and let it cook for one whistle.

Open then add roasted rava and mix well and close it for two mins. Let the rava soak in water. Open and add tadka of mustard seeds Chanadhal urad dhal curry leaves and hing. Then add coriander for better taste. Mix well and serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.
