Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRice
  2. Water2cup
  3. Beetroot 2 grated
  4. 1/4 cupPeas
  5. 1/4 cupCarrots chopped
  6. 1/4 cupBeans chopped
  7. 1Onion chopped
  8. 2 tspOil
  9. 1Tej patta
  10. Long a few
  11. 1Cardamom
  12. 1 tspjeera
  13. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 tspgaram masala
  16. 2Green chillies
  17. 1 tspCoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First put oil in a karahi, then put jeera,tej patta, laung, cardamom,cinnamon,ginger garlic paste.cook on low flame.

    Then add onions,when they are transparent add beetroot and all other vegetables.

    Cook for a few minutes.then add green chillies,salt,garam masala,coriander,powder.

    Now put washed rice and water

  5. 5

    Cook on low flame,covered till rice are cooked and all water evaporates.
