Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1/4 cup Fresh peas
  3. 1/4 cupcarrot
  4. 1/2 pc.Onion
  5. 1/4 cup Coriander
  6. 1 pc.Tej patta
  7. 1 tsp.Garam masala
  8. 2-3 pc.Cloves
  9. 5-6 pc.Cashewnuts
  10. 2 tbsp.kishmish
  11. 1cinnamon stick
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tbsp.Ghee
  14. 2 pc.Small cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice inwater for 15-20 mins. Boil rice add salt 1tsp ghee cardammom cinemmon stick tej patta and cook 70%.strain and pour normal water. Let it cool.

    Heat ghee in apan add cashewnuts and kissmiss saute for a min and take out in a plate.Now saute chopped onion till it tranparant.Add par boil peas carrot saute add garam masala salt nchopped corriender mix well add rice and cashewnuts and kissmiss toss properly and serve.

    Simple and traditional pulao is ready to serve.
