Soak basmati or any other long grain rice. Cook it with water, oil, salt and cloves. Cook 95%

Heat up oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, asafoetida and dry red chillies. Wait till cumin crackles. Add onions and fry. Add and fry the 3g paste. Fry till the onions are golden and slightly crunchy.

Add the veggies, salt and and fry. Cover and cook till the veggies are 75% ready. Add capsicum and Hydrabadi biriyani masalo. Cover and cook for a few minutes. Add the powder spices. And paneer cubes and the coriendar leaves. Add just a few tbsp water. Combine everything lightly. Cover and cook.

Add cashew. And combine lightly (if using raw cashew, add it in the oil a little earlier.) a
Add rice and combine lightly. Adjust seasoning. Cover and cook for a few minutes or until the rice is cooked completely and all the ingredients ate well blended. - 5
