Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. 4tomatoes
  3. Chopped/grated carrots for taste
  4. I bunch corriander leaves
  5. 2large onions
  6. Salt for taste
  7. I/2 teaspoon beef masala
  8. 1/2 teaspooncarry powder
  9. 3 tablespooncooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your beef in cooking oil and beef masala.

    Add the chopped or grated carrots according to preference and the curry powder. Allow to cook for few seconds.

    When tender, allow it to brown.

    And the chopped onions an allow to brown.

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomatoes and slloe to simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add water for your soup, add tge chopped crriander leaves and let boil.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chapati, rice or ugali.
